Rutter’s Opens Largest Location in
Duncannon, Pennsylvania

Spanning over 10,500-square-feet, Rutter’s new superstore
is designed to service consumers and truckers on
busy highway corridor North of Harrisburg, PA.

York, PA – August 2018 / Newsmaker Alert / Rutter’s opened their largest convenience store in Duncannon, Dauphin County Pennsylvania, on Wednesday (August 8). The new Rutter’s is located at 77 Benvenue Road on 22/322, north of Harrisburg and is their 71st location. It is located about 20 minutes north of Harrisburg, the State Capital, on route 322.

The Duncannon Rutter’s is 10,540-square-feet and situated on 10.5-acres of land. This location provides 14 auto fueling stations, 6 dedicated high-speed truck diesel bays, 47 vehicle parking spots, and 42 truck parking spots. For auto vehicles, Rutter’s new store offers its standard fuels of regular, mid-grade, and premium, along with auto diesel. Rutter’s also has its new expanded fuel offerings, including unleaded 15, flex fuel, conventional (non-ethanol), and kerosene. For trucks and commercial vehicles, Rutter’s provides high-speed truck diesel and Def, in addition to the convenience of a CAT scale.

The Duncannon Rutter’s features their largest restaurant, which provides an award-winning food and beverage menu with items like 100% Angus beef burgers, chicken pot pie, pizza, ribs, turkey burgers, Red Bull smoothies, frozen lemonade, and various handcrafted beverages. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate 40, free WiFi, and large restrooms. This location will employ 50 team members and will operate 24 hours a day.

Furthermore, this Rutter’s features a Rutter’s 29-degree cold Beer Cave with a vast selection of domestic, premium, craft and imported beer brands, along with local and national wines. Customers will also be able to enjoy fresh and local grab-and-go items from local farms, including blueberries, watermelon, and squash.

“The new store is located at the merge point for two major north south highways north of Harrisburg,” said Scott Hartman, President and CEO of Rutter’s. “We’ve designed this location as a comfortable, convenient rest stop for both truck drivers and local travelers alike.”

There will be a Grand Opening event on Wednesday, August 15 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Delicious food samples, promotional giveaways, and much more will be available for attendees.
