The
Woodlands, TX – January 2019 / Newsmaker Alert / Target Logistics
Management, LLC (Target Lodging),
the largest vertically integrated specialty rental accommodations and hospitality
services company in the U.S., announces that Heidi D. Lewis has been named
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, a new position
at the company. In this role, Ms. Lewis will lead Target Lodging’s legal,
compliance, human resources, safety, and corporate secretary functions.

in handling financial transactions, a proven track record in providing
legal counsel on highly complex deals and exhibits the sort of strong leadership
presence we will need as we move Target into the public market,” said Brad
Archer, President and CEO of Target Lodging. “Heidi is a terrific addition
to our senior leadership team as we look forward to executing on our growth
strategy.”
Ms. Lewis joins Target Lodging
with eighteen years of legal experience in capital markets and securities,
IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, board advisement, corporate governance,
and corporate law. Prior to joining Target Lodging, she was Vice President,
Group General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Dynegy Inc. (now called
Vistra Energy Group), where she led the company’s corporate legal group
and applied her specialized expertise regarding regulations and requirements
of the SEC and NYSE. Prior to this, she began her legal career at AmLaw
100 firms - King & Spalding LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld
LLP.

Ms. Lewis received her J.D.
from the University of Houston Law Center, Magna Cum Laude, her M.S. from
Northern Illinois University and her B.S. from Colorado State University.
