Alderwood Group Opens Alderwood Resort Management, Outer Banks Rentals & Resales

“We are focused on expanding our exchange services, which are available nationwide through Alderwood Advantage, plus increasing our owners’ rental and resale options,” says Alderwood Group’s CEO Tom Johnson. “Because of our newly acquired partner’s established foothold in various distribution channels, owners at Alderwood-managed timeshare resorts will immediately be able to start enjoying many more exchange, rental and resale opportunities.”

The Outer Banks office will be managed by Eric Cohen. Cohen worked for several years in Alderwood’s Big Bear, California, office before moving to the East Coast. “With my background in working in timeshare resorts, I’m looking forward to promoting rentals and sales through global distribution channels, search engine optimization and using social media,” he says. “I know the sky’s the limit when it comes to promoting good product like ours.”
