Hospitality, a division of Aspen Skiing Company, officially unveils
Limelight Residences
Mammoth, a limited collection of 15 private residences located in the
highly-anticipated Limelight Hotel Mammoth. Just steps from The Village
at Mammoth and its gondola, the Residences bring a new level of quality
to the beloved resort, and is the first new whole-ownership offering in
The Village at Mammoth in 15 years. Each private residence features dramatic
views of the Sierra Mountains, separate resident-only elevator access,
spacious interiors, and premium finishes. Owners also enjoy full access
to a broad range of hotel amenities and services, as well as the Mammoth
Mountain Club, the area’s first private social club. The Limelight Hotel
& Residences Mammoth is already under construction and scheduled to
open in winter of 2024. In typical Aspen Skiing Company fashion, the building
will be developed in a sustainable-forward manner, including being all
electric.
Adjacent
to the village gondola, at the intersection of Canyon Boulevard and Lake
Mary Road, Limelight Residences Mammoth features 15 two- to five-bedroom
private residences, priced from the low $2 millions, ranging from 1,336
to over 3,400-square-feet. Envisioned as spaces to gather, the Residences
feature gourmet kitchens seamlessly connected with spacious great rooms
which are perfect for entertaining. Globally recognized architectural firm
WATG brings their extensive experience to the project, delivering an elevated
mountain resort experience for owners and guests.

Owners
will enjoy access to all of the hotel services and amenities of the 149-room
Limelight Hotel Mammoth, including an outdoor pool and hot tubs with cabana
seating, fitness center, on-site ski/bike rentals, kids lounge, and meeting
and event facilities. The hotel’s new indoor/outdoor dining and apres aims
to create a “living room” for the community, and hopes to become a hub
for locals, hotel guests, and homeowners. Fireplaces and comfortable lounge
seating create a cozy basecamp for social connection when not on the mountain.
Owner services include valet parking, an adventure concierge, optional
housekeeping, and in-residence meal delivery.
