Berkley Group Expands Again with New Boutique Resort in Williamsburg

today announced plans for a new 65-unit condominium located in the heart
of Williamsburg, Va. Scheduled to open in May 2014, the new “Patriots Inn”
will offer a more quaint, boutique experience for vacationers. The resort
features fully equipped one- and two-bedroom units and is located within
minutes of nearby shops, restaurants and popular local attractions.
Patriots
Inn is being developed in response to owner demand for a smaller, specialized
property close to area sights and happenings. Visitors can take advantage
of activities as diverse as Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, outlet
shopping or world-class golf. Families have long enjoyed other Berkley
Group resorts in the area, including The
Colonies at Williamsburg and Williamsburg
Plantation.
The
new Patriots Inn brings the count of timeshare units under The Berkley
Group’s Vacation Village
Resorts and Affiliates brand to more than 8,900 accommodations in California,
Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada and Virginia. The resort will be managed
by Tricom Management, a
Berkley Group company and is affiliated with Interval International.
