Sotheby’s International Realty are collaborating to present the much-anticipated
New Development Showcase on Tuesday, February 4. Previously open only for
Realtors, this will be the first time the event has been open to the public.
The
stars of the show will be representatives from more than 25 premier residential
communities. They will present individual displays all in one spectacular
location: the 87,000-square-foot Clive Daniel Home showroom, located at
2777 Tamiami Trail North in Naples.

 The
early session of the Showcase – from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. – is presented
exclusively for real estate professionals with complimentary coffee and
pastries. The general public is invited to visit the award-winning CDH
showroom from 10 a.m. until noon with complimentary mimosas served. There
will also be a wide assortment of giveaways and special prizes donated
by developers. The developments will have brochures and floorplans of new
homes, along with details about lifestyles and special amenities in their
communities.
