for the new McGarvey Custom Homes’ Oasis model home located at 4469 Brynwood
Drive, Naples, Florida 34119 in Quail West. This extraordinary 8,486-sq.-ft.
estate home (over 4,000-sq.-ft. under air) features two VIP guest suites,
four-car garage, guest cabana and over 1,000-sq.-ft. of outdoor living
options including a luxurious pool and courtyard, outdoor kitchen and dining
areas, private garden and master patio off the master suite, great room
patio, cabana patio and entry portico.
The
Oasis model is the third home that the Clive Daniel Home design team has
furnished for McGarvey Custom Homes. Both previous model homes that they
furnished have already sold.

Errett-Pikosky shared, “This model is more of a refined contemporary coastal.
It is especially unique as the whole home is based around a courtyard resort
pool that is seen from all the main rooms of the home. It comes complete
with its own cabana perfect for out-of-town guests or live in family member.
Wood flooring throughout the house is a white oak with a white wash. The
color palette is a mixture of creams charcoals icicle white taupe and platinum,
with pops of inky blues and ebony. Calacatta stone and glass backsplash
are featured throughout as well.”
