plans to open a new, state-of-the-art distribution center located at 16670
Oriole Rd. in Fort Myers. Construction is already underway on the 175,000-square-foot
building and is expected to be completed in September by Geis
Companies.
Clive
Daniel Home currently operates three warehouses in Fort Myers, but consolidating
the operation will enable the company to progress toward its expansion
goals by doubling its inventory capacity.

for us to be able to store and move large volumes of product in a quick
and efficient manner,” said Daniel
Lubner, Clive Daniel Home’s CEO. “We want a facility that will match
our 10-year growth plans and support our logistics teams—the unsung heroes
of our business—as they fulfill the needs of our clients and designers.”
Even
as Clive Daniel Home scales its business, however, the company is committed
to maintaining its high standards of service and providing seamless deliveries.
To this end, the new space will include state-of-the-art deluxe facilities,
a photo studio, and exceptional break rooms and locker rooms for the team.
The space will also house new corporate offices for the merchandising team.
