Clive Daniel Home designers
Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky have been selected to complete
the interior design for two Stock
Development models in Estero’s master-planned WildBlue
community. The first, the Alexandria model, is expected to be completed
in late November, and the second, the Atherton model, is expected to be
completed in the spring of 2024.
The
4,561-square-foot Atherton model offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms,
as well as ample outdoor living space. Hansen and Errett-Pikosky created
a design that is clean and modern, combining articulated textures, brilliant
lighting, and natural elements for a space that is full of visual interest.
Warm wood tones complement a cool color palette of soft whites, deep charcoals,
muted greens, and crisp blacks. The design features sleek furniture, modern
finishes, and incredible detailing throughout—from patterned wall paneling
to beamed ceilings to custom flooring insets.

In
the great room, the team designed a chic entertainment wall with backlit,
raised wood panels and a row of “floating” cabinets. The master bedroom,
too, features beautiful backgrounds. A black headboard wallcovering with
striking gold veining creates a strong focal point set against a coffered
ceiling and textured accents. Each room, in its own manner, reflects a
minimal aesthetic that’s luxurious and relaxed.
For
the 4,672-square-foot Anchorage model, Hansen and Errett-Pikosky designed
a stunning space infused with quiet drama. The duo opted for bold backgrounds,
including creative ceiling designs and unique feature walls. The great
room, for instance, showcases a dramatic recessed ceiling with outer wood
beams that appear floating, while the master bedroom includes a wood wall
with contrasting vertical panels that double as a headboard. Strong statement
lighting and a high-contrast color palette further contribute to the space’s
modern aesthetic, while warm walnut flooring, hints of muted color, and
refined furnishings soften the overall feel.
