Designed in collaboration with Clive Daniel Hospitality and Humphrey Rosal Architects, the Caymas clubhouse redefines the social hub. Anchored by a full-service dining room, the space seamlessly flows into a cozy bar paired with billiards, creating an inviting setting for relaxed socializing. From the bar, guests can view the action inside the state-of-the-art golf simulator room and easily access an intimate theater through a discreet interior entry, enhancing the dynamic entertainment experience. The clubhouse also includes private dining spaces, a fitness center, and a resort-style pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, all thoughtfully designed to blend refined architecture with an approachable Naples aesthetic. An adjacent sports complex will feature eight pickleball and six tennis courts, and a dog park, creating a comprehensive experience for residents and guests alike.

Every detail is intentional. The elegant dining room features custom wine bottle displays and handcrafted furnishings, while the private dining space contrasts high-gloss reflective ceilings with deep, moody tones. In the club room, wall-to-ceiling architectural framing lends dimension and drama, complementing the refined finishes of the golf simulator and billiards lounge.
