Daniel Home to furnish its upcoming Pindari
model at Wild Blue at Waterside
Village in Lakewood Ranch. The four bedroom, four bath home will encompass
4,368-square-feet of living space and will be completed in early 2024.

Cannon Homes’ team has created a relaxed, modern farmhouse-inspired design
for the model, featuring clean lines, shimmering accents, and a touch of
edginess, while Clive Daniel Home interior designers Kelli
Smith and Quentin
MacDonald supported this vision with a selection of clean, upscale
furnishings that complement and reinforce the overall aesthetic.

Cannon Homes did an amazing job creating a beautiful vision for this home,”
the designers said. “The Pindari model incorporates a beautiful blend of
natural colors and materials with gorgeous textural elements and elevated
finishes.”
In
the great room, high ceilings with scissor trusses will introduce a sense
of grandeur, complemented with a modern charcoal brick fireplace, gorgeous
wine niche, soft furnishings, rustic accents, and lots of natural light.
The color palette is calm and peaceful, a blend of restrained colors and
various wood tones interspersed with crisp blacks and whites.

The
kitchen will feature stained cabinets, Bianco Dolomite quartz countertops,
an artisanal tile backsplash, and professional Blue Star appliances, while
modern light fixtures, brass hardware, and sophisticated dining furniture
will round out the design.
The
master suite will showcase a soaring vaulted ceiling with painted box beams
and separate his and hers baths, each with its own walk-in closet. His
will embrace masculinity with rustic wood, slate tile, and matte black
fixtures. Hers will have more of a boutique feel with polished porcelain
and marble, a makeup vanity, and glass enclosed shower and water closet.

Outside,
the lanai’s sandblasted marble pavers will contrast with the deep black
water of the pool and a few more touches of rustic brick and wood. The
space will be perfect for watching games on three different TV’s while
grilling or delighting in the gorgeous water view from the shaded pergola
or sun shelf.
