throughout. Interior and exterior wood ceiling accents will welcome you
upon entering. Biophilic accents, including an organically designed staircase
and living moss wall will create relaxed, back to nature vibes, the signatures
of carefree beach living.

The
beach inspired staircase leads you to the second level living space, where
you are greeted by a luxurious wine bar, sun set viewing lounge, state-of-the-art
kitchen and stunning great room stone feature wall. Glass doors create
a natural break between the main living area and an additional game room
with further entertainment capabilities and views of Fort. Myers Beach.
The game room and its stunning architectural ceiling design continues the
modern, organic beach vibes. Two generous sized guest bedrooms with on-suite
baths, a powder bath, and laundry room will also be located on the second-floor
living. Continuing to the third level, the private primary suite is a beach
lover’s dream with its relaxing spa aesthetics and an expansive view of
the Gulf of Mexico. The third level offers an additional guest bedroom
with on-suite bath, dedicated coffee bar, second laundry room, and functional
office space for remote business needs.
Design
of the first level outdoor living space received equal attention in creating
ultimate beach living. The expansive outdoor space will embody an oasis
for kicking off game days with duo large screen televisions, outdoor kitchen,
pool, hot tub, ping pong table and miniature golf.
This
single-family home will be the first model built on Ft. Myers Beach in
