Renovation
work kicked off this summer with an exciting reveal slated for fall. The
transformation includes a full reimagining of the Social Room, Card Room,
and Billiards Room, blending modern functionality with coastal sophistication.
Think: a bespoke fireplace feature wall, a custom bar built for entertaining,
curated seating areas that flex between intimate gatherings and HOA-scale
meetings—all wrapped in a timeless palette of ocean blues and earthy neutrals
that mirror the breathtaking views of Estero Bay.

the start, our goal was to create an interior that speaks to the lifestyle
and beauty of Bonita Bay,” said Maryanne
Hubbell, Lead Designer at Clive Daniel Home. “We introduced layered
textures, warm finishes, and architectural details that strike the perfect
balance between relaxed luxury and tailored sophistication.”

the flow of conversation zones to the subtle glow of upgraded lighting.”
