28th, 2024. The esteemed Sand
Dollar Award represents the pinnacle of recognition by the CBIA Sales
and Marketing Council (SMC), annually honoring members who exemplify exceptional
achievement in building, design, and marketing within Collier County.

see our designers acknowledged among the best of Naples,” said Daniel

Clive
Daniel Home received the 2024 award for Best Showroom for the twelfth
consecutive year, as well as eight awards in the “Interior Design of the
Year” categories.
Interior
designer Sherie Weidner was awarded Interior Design of the Year
for Single-Family Homes in the $4,000,001 – $5,000,000 category for
her remarkable “Luxury Oasis” design. A a custom built private residence
located in Bonita Bay. Every detail of the home was meticulously crafted,
with a bespoke approach from top to bottom.
Sherie
Weidner was also awarded Interior Design of the Year in the Single-Family
Homes category, $5,000,001 – $7,000,000, for her outstanding work on
a private residence in Bonita Bay. The home’s design embodies the “Organic
Modern” aesthetic, blending natural elements with clean lines and a minimalist
approach. Using earthy textures, and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection,
Sherie crafted a sophisticated yet inviting space that perfectly balances
warmth with modernity.
The
award for Best Kitchen Design in the $4,000,001 – $5,000,000 category,
aptly named “Luxury Oasis”, went to none other than interior designer Sherie
Weidner. Every element, from bespoke cabinetry to high-end finishes,
was meticulously curated to create a space that is both visually stunning
and highly functional offering an unparalleled culinary experience.

Interior
design duo Rebecca Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen took
home the award for Best Master Suite in the $4,000,001 – $5,000,000
category for their bold and dramatic design of the Atherton model’s main
bedroom & bath suite at Wild Blue, Estero, Florida. Luxurious materials,
striking contrasts, and statement pieces that evoke an atmosphere of elegance
and sophistication.
Interior
designer Jean Losier was honored with the Interior Design of
the Year award in the Multi-Family Homes category, $2,000,001 – $3,000,000,
for the breathtaking design of a model condominium home at the Grandview.
The space exudes an organic coastal vibe, masterfully blending natural
elements and coastal textures with serene hues inspired by the sea and
sand.
Clive
Daniel Hospitality led by designer Patricia Huamanchumo, Interior
Design of the Year – Clubhouse $500,001 – $1,000,000 for the clubhouse
at Wild Blue community in Estero, Florida.
Interior
designers Susan Melo and Kathy Monahan were awarded Interior
Design of the Year for Single-Family Homes in the $7,000,001 – $9,000,000
category, recognizing their exceptional “Coastal Elegance” design in a
stunning private residence. The design captures the essence of refined
coastal living, combining light, airy spaces with natural textures and
a palette inspired by soft neutrals, and coastal accents.
