Hurricane Ian, Clive Daniel Home
is aiding efforts to rebuild on Fort Myers Beach. The furniture retailer
and interior design powerhouse has partnered with Dublin
Investment Group and Dawn
McKenna Group to complete the design for Gulfside
Twelve, an upcoming luxury condo development located on Fort Myers
Beach at 6240/6230 Estero Blvd.
Although
the hurricane temporarily halted construction, which began this past spring,
the team is now more committed than ever to continue moving forward with
the project.

“We
want to remain true to our vision of bringing luxe beachfront residences
to the area,” said developer Tim
O’Neill. “Fort Myers Beach is an incredibly special place to us, and
we want to help it get on the road to recovery as quickly as possible.”
When
O’Neill sought an interior design partner for Gulfside Twelve (www.GulfsideTwelve.com),
he connected with Clive Daniel Home CEO, Daniel
Lubner. Lubner has lived in the Fort Myers Beach area since 1978 and
shares O’Neill’s commitment to the neighborhood and to designing best-in-class
residences.
“Our
goal post-hurricane has been to respond, restore, and rebuild,” said Lubner.
“We are truly maximizing our efforts to accelerate this project and to
contribute to Fort Myer’s future.”
Four
interior designers from Clive Daniel Home (Christine Loughery, Robin Garceau,
Faith Ashley, and Todd Stevenson) are working with buyers to help create
custom interiors, while Clive
Daniel Home’s hospitality division is designing all the common areas,
as well as its beachside pool and amenities.
Gulfside
Twelve’s two four-level buildings will include 12 residential units with
4,000-square-feet under A/C and offering expansive outdoor spaces with
direct beach access. Each residence will also have its own terrace, garage,
storage unit, and private cabana off the pool. Inside, the units will feature
hardwood floors, quartz countertops, high-end tilework, custom ceiling
detailing, and top of the line appliances—not to mention, unobstructed
views of the Gulf of Mexico.
