Club Tesoro is owned and managed by Club Tesoro Resorts, LLC, a JV between Steadfast Companies (Irvine, CA) and GHS Club Tesoro. Steadfast, founded in 1994, is an integrated, multifaceted real estate investment management company that owns and operates a diverse portfolio of more than $1.5 billion across the United States and Mexico. It has more than 500 employees in the U.S. and 700 in Mexico.

Club Tesoro’s oceanfront collection provides varied vacation timeshare experiences in oceanfront resorts located in Cabo San Lucas, Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo and Manzanillo, Mexico.

Simon Crawford-Welch most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Diamond Resorts International® (DRI), one of the largest vacation ownership companies in the world. At DRI Crawford-Welch was responsible for overseeing all global operations for the company. Prior to heading DRI, he held the position of Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Shell Vacations LLC. Crawford-Welch has been awarded the prestigious American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Gold ARDY for Industry Marketing Executive of the Year and was also awarded the Gold ARDY for Industry Volunteer of the Year. He has held the positions of ARDA Council Chair, Member of the ARDA Board of Directors as well as a past member of the Association’s Executive Committee. A Registered Resort Professional (RRP), he holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) with an emphasis in Marketing & Strategic Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Crawford-Welch has lived in the United Kingdom; Ethiopia; Djibouti; French TFAI; Indonesia; Singapore; and has spent much time in Australia. He currently resides in Cabo San Lucas, BCS, Mexico.
