CoralTree Hospitality to Manage theStelle Lodge in the Heart of Park City's New SkyRidge Mountain Community

Denver, CO – January 2024 / NewsmakerAlert: Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality, announces that the company will manage theStelle Lodge, a new four-season, boutique mountain resort in Park City, Utah. theStelle is located in the heart of the new SkyRidge Mountain Community, which is located lakeside on the Jordanelle Reservoir and across from Deer Valley Resort. The lodge promises to offer an intimate, luxury guest experience that includes three dining options, a spa and meeting space with access to all of the amenities SkyRidge has to offer including an equestrian center, golf course, shuttle to Deer Valley Resort as well as miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. theStelle is expected to open in late 2026.

theStelle will offer approximately 65 residential resort rentals with mountain or lake views. The hotel will feature three distinctive dining options. A restaurant and bar including a three meal a day restaurant, a rooftop bar as well as a grab and go market. The rooftop bar will offer a unique star viewing deck for creative nighttime programming.

The 5,000-square-foot spa will include eight treatment rooms, a thermal lounge and a dedicated spa pool. The lodge also will offer more than 1,100-square-feet of executive meeting space for small group retreats and intimate social gatherings. The property will provide guests with shuttle service to Deer Valley Resort along with access to all of the amenities found throughout the SkyRidge Mountain Community.

Guests will have access to the community’s three-hole mountain course that can be alternatively configured to play as a nine-hole executive short course, a full-length driving range with TopTracer Technology, as well as a club house featuring three TopGolf Swing Suite simulators, a full-service pro shop, café and bar. The equestrian center offers an indoor and outdoor arena, 40-stall premier barn, equestrian only trails, boarding and more. There already are five miles of paved trails and seven miles of soft-surface trails throughout the community and guests also can access more than 400 miles of contiguous hiking and biking trails around the Park City area. Jordanelle State Park also provides unlimited water sports in the summertime from boating to wakeboarding, waterskiing, stand-up paddle boarding, fishing and more.
