CoralTree will manage Everline as a franchised hotel under the Destination by Hyatt brand.

The AAA Four Diamond resort offers accommodations that range from deluxe rooms to fireplace suites and bi-level penthouses to accommodate parties up to nine people. Custom furnishings include slate entryways, ceramic-tiled bathrooms, granite vanities, and LED flat-screen televisions. Suite and penthouse units feature gas fireplaces and resort kitchenettes.

Everline also offers golf at The Links at Everline, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship golf course, five restaurants including the casual Sandy’s Pub and Six Peaks for fine dining, three outdoor heated swimming pools and a shopping promenade. The award-winning Spa at Everline includes a fitness center, men’s and women’s dry saunas and steam room as well as 10 treatment rooms. In winter, guests enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, a private ice skating rink and a Nordic center.
