Todd Gagnon Appointed General Manager of the Seaport Hotel in BostonGagnon most recently served as resort manager at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in Brewster, Mass., where he led a team of more than 600 associates and achieved Forbes Travel Guide recognition. His previous leadership roles include general manager and operations positions at Omni Hotels in Tempe, Indianapolis, Houston, and Providence, where he consistently delivered strong financial results, elevated guest experiences, and enhanced team performance. 

Gagnon’s career is marked by industry recognition and community involvement. He was named a “40 Under 40” honoree by the Houston Business Journal in 2017 and received the prestigious Dick Mason Omni Hotels Award the same year. He has served on several tourism and hospitality boards, including the Tempe Tourism Office, the Hotel & Lodging Association of Houston, and the West Houston Chamber of Commerce. Gagnon holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and completed the Advanced General Managers Program at Cornell University.
