Hotels & Resorts, on behalf of Destination
Resort Management (DRM), announces that it will assume management of
Lichenhearth Condominiums in Snowmass, Colorado beginning in May 2013.
Destination has a long history of vacation rental and property management
in the Colorado resort market beginning with the The Gant condominium resort
in Aspen, Colorado in 1973. Destination celebrates its 40th anniversary
this year and as the country’s fourth largest hospitality management company,
maintains its position as a leader in hospitality and property management
with proven success managing and operating a diverse collection of upscale
and luxury hotels, resorts and condominiums.
The
condominiums at Lichenhearth are ideally located in the heart of Snowmass
Village Ski Resort and offer prime ski-in/ski-out access. Each studio and
one-bedroom unit features a fireplace, private balcony and fully equipped
kitchen. On-site amenities include covered parking, a heated pool and jacuzzi,
sauna, complimentary wireless internet and laundry facilities. More than
20 restaurants are available nearby and downtown Aspen is just minutes
