Leading the development project, ERES has partnered with O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC to manage the hotel. With an estimated completion date of Q2 2026, the hotel will feature approximately 72,000-square-feet across four stories and 125 rooms. Thoughtful onsite amenities include an indoor pool with indoor/outdoor patio and mountain views, large meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a treat shop, and a large lobby with a dedicated co-working lounge. The Hampton Inn brand has been ranked the #1 hotel franchise for 15 consecutive years.

It has experienced a 3-4% annual growth rate and currently sits at around 64,000 residents with a 17% hike in employment across Gallatin County in the past five years. Tourism in the region has also seen a significant increase, with an estimated 1.8 million visitors in 2024, contributing approximately $500 million to the local economy. Airport traffic has surged with reports of 1.6 million passengers at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) in 2024. If the growth trajectory continues to reflect these trends, the Gallatin Valley is expected to see its population double within 25 years.
