Club. Discussions moderated by Col. (R) Spencer Clouatre, who
holds a PhD in Leadership and Economics, focused on best practices for
building thriving cultures at golf clubs, fostering mentorship, and encouraging
personal growth within teams.
Adding a powerful dimension to the event, keynote speaker Col. (R) Chris Black, a decorated veteran, shared his expertise on team development and retention strategies. Activities such as hitting nighttime shots with Glow Vibe Golf and playing ping-pong in Forest Creek’s top ranked locker room allowed for attendees to enjoy some unstructured time to network. Vendor partners played a vital role in the event’s success, showcasing products and services that reflect the excellence of the golf industry.
