Palm Springs, CA – June 2023 / Newsmaker Alert: Grand Pacific Resorts will lend its three-plus decades of timeshare experience to Casitas del Monte, furthering its footprint in the sought-after Palm Springs area and solidifying its long-standing reputation as a leading management company in Southern California. Owners at Casitas del Monte will begin to enjoy the unique Grand Pacific Resorts management experience effective May 1st, 2023.

Grand Pacific Resorts Continues to Expand in Palm Springs

The full-service management agreement with Casitas del Monte includes Resort Operations, Owner Services, and Exchange and Rental services. Grand Pacific Resorts will also service maintenance fee billing and collections through its affiliate, Advanced Financial Company (AFC). In addition to their existing benefits, Owners will gain access to Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX), an exclusive Owners-only exchange network from Grand Pacific Resorts, offering weekly and nightly rentals as well as extended vacation opportunities. Owners will also enjoy GPX’s newest benefit, GPX Perks, a credit savings program applicable towards rental cars, tour packages, cruises, and more.
