Grand Pacific Resorts will also service maintenance fee billing and collections through its affiliate Advanced Financial Company (AFC). In addition to their existing benefits, Owners will also gain access to weekly and nightly rentals as well as extended vacation opportunities through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX), an exclusive Owners-only exchange network from Grand Pacific Resorts. Owners will also enjoy GPX’s newest benefit, GPX Perks, a credit savings program applicable towards rental cars, tour packages, cruises and much more. “We are excited about serving both the Board and the Owners of Vista Mirage Resort,” said Nigel Lobo, RRP, Chief Operating Officer of Grand Pacific Resorts. “We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the much sought-after Palm Springs area and share our award-winning service and resort management expertise.
