National Recognition as 2014 Restaurant of the Year
| Neenah, WI – March 2015 / Newsmaker Alert / The Ground Round Grill & Bar, located at 1010 Cameron Way in Neenah, WI, was named 2014 Restaurant of the Year by the national chain. The award is based on overall results, contribution to the brand and community it serves, and the overall quality of its operations. “The Neenah Ground Round has served its community for more than a decade and continues to upgrade its offerings and results, including this year with interior renovations to the dining and bar areas, an expanded outdoor patio and addition of delivery service. The Neenah Ground Round team also serves as a training and menu test location for our brand and led our entire chain in sales growth in 2014,” states Jack Crawford, President & CEO of Ground Round Independent Owners Cooperative (IOC), who presented the award to the Neenah Ground Round at the brand’s annual convention in San Diego, CA in late February.

In attendance at the convention and representing their team were Ryan Batley, Megan Batley, Rich Batley and Lori Batley. In accepting the award, Ryan Batley, Food and Beverage Director, commented, “We are very proud of our entire team in Neenah at both the Ground Round and BEST WESTERN PREMIER Bridgewood Resort, and how they’ve all grown in their excellence in quality and results over the past ten years.” The Ground Round Grill & Bar and BEST WESTERN PREMIER Bridgewood Resort and golf course have all been open since 2003 and currently employ 150 full time and part time employees from the local area.
