In 2023, the hotel renovated its lobby, meeting rooms, and pre-function spaces, resulting in improved flow, additional seating arrangements, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The meeting areas now feature comfortable seating options in pre-function spaces, enhanced lighting, and luxurious furnishings. The renovation of the hotel’s 150 guest rooms reflects the same ambiance and style found in the lobby, meeting, and pre-function areas. Each guest room now includes eco-friendly lighting, extra outlets, and contemporary, residential-styled finishes. The renovation also included the upgrade of the hotel’s fitness center which includes all new Life Fitness equipment and finishes. Room renovations started in Dec. 2024. Elementum Interiors of Columbia, S.C., designed the renovation, and First Finish, Inc. of Columbia, Md., completed the renovation. The Hotel at Arundel Preserve is owned and operated by Southern Management Companies and was recently named one of Convention South’s 2023 Readers’ Choice Winners for excellence in meetings and events.
