Manor Weekend October 3 & 4 kicks off the season with a spooky
season package bubbling over with fiendish fun. The thrills start Friday
with a welcome reception featuring spooky cocktails and nibbles followed
by a haunted island tour, where visitors travel back in time on a trolley
to learn more about the guests who ‘checked out’ but never truly left.
![]() Saturday, is straight out of an episode of “Murder She Wrote” with the I Love the 80s to Death Murder Myster Dinner. Guests sporting big hair, shoulder pads, straight leg jeans and neon colors will help solve the gnarliest murder since “Colombo” was king. It’s a totally tubular throwback to the eerie 80s starting at 5 p.m. The weekend package, including two nights accommodation, welcome reception, trolley tour and Murder Myster Dinner start at $558. I Love the 80s Murder Mystery Dinner only: Adults $70, Children 12+ $40 For those who prefer a haute haunting experience, the Grand Dining room will host a Haunted Afternoon Tea, a traditional tea with a spine-tingling twist. Indulge in a four-course menu of classic tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and decadent desserts, all presented in a spooky style. Tea will be served at 2 p.m. Adults $65, Children 4 – 12 $45. As the sun goes down on the festival, Saturday night, the celebration lights up. Step out of the gritty and into garden for an evening of Southern-inspired bites, open bar with handcrafted cocktails, and live music beneath the sweeping oaks. The garden party runs from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Adults: $65, Children (4–12): $40.
