She began here overseeing our events and continued to take on new responsibilities, rising to become senior vice president. She has been running our day to day operations for some time now. This promotion recognizes and rewards that while giving her more management authority.” Chris White, Chairman and CEO states, “In her new position as a senior leader in the company, she will continue to be responsible for our national and global executive summits and our marketing efforts, while taking on more management of the worldwide members and partners of Krisam and GEP.” “I’m looking forward to working with Chris and Jim to take GEP & Krisam to the next level,” Ms. Tischler said, “with an emphasis on streamlining processes while increasing profits. My efforts of the last several years have been leading up to this new position and I welcome the challenge.” Ms. Tischler started as director, corporate development of GEP in 2006, became senior vice president of operations for GEP in 2008, and added the Krisam Group in 2010. Prior to joining GEP, she spent four years in marketing and account management at a health care consulting firm, working with some of the top healthcare systems in the country. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Commerce. In 2006, she received a certificate in Event Management from GW University. She resides in Washington, DC.
