has recently completed the total renovation of one building of 20 timeshare
units at Grand Lake and Lifetime of Vacations Resorts. Installation of
furnishings on the second building of 16 units is planned for May 9th with
renovation of an additional building of 20 units scheduled for the near
future. The first building was completed in just 12 weeks after the design
presentation.

Fine Furniture, a high quality custom furniture manufacturer in Virginia
that was able to craft all of the needed furnishings within the short turnaround
time requested by the client. We were also able to reduce the size of the
cocktail tables, end tables, dining tables and nightstands to maximize
the available space. This opened up existing areas and made the units appear
larger and enabled us to use a king bed vs. the queen size, which they
had in the past. After the first building was completed, the Board of Directors
unanimously agreed to sign off on the next building with no changes.”
