The hotel, operated by MMI Hotel Group, offers:
  • 95 spacious guest rooms including six suites, all of which feature a 50-inch HDTVs, and Sweet South™ Cotton Towels by Griffin, Georgia-based 1888 Mills

Cotton House, Cleveland is under the leadership of General Manager James McAfee and Director of Sales Doris Dickerson. In his role, McAfee is directly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing the hotel’s team members, and ensuring guests experience the best of southern hospitality. Director of Sales Doris Dickerson is responsible for representing to travelers everything Cotton House, Cleveland has to offer.

The hotel features two full-service restaurants by Cleveland’s own James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Cole Ellis. Ellis opened Delta Meat Market in the heart of Cleveland in 2013 as a butcher shop and boutique grocer of fine Southern foods. With both community fandom and national acclaim, Delta Meat Market marks its continued growth with a new home in the hotel, serving counter-style breakfast and lunch, and full-service dinner seven days a week, in addition to a satellite grab-and-go outpost. Additionally, for refined, yet approachable dining, Ellis’ Bar Fontaine serves modern, European-inspired small plates alongside craft cocktails, and offers an awe-inspiring vantage point of the Mississippi sunset from the rooftop patio.

Delta-born and raised Chef Cole Ellis, a James Beard Award semifinalist, brings Delta Meat Market to the Cotton House, Cleveland, this summer. Originally opened in 2013, Delta Meat Market is both a premium grocer of specialty meat, cheese and artisan goods as well as a casual, full-service restaurant. Delta native Chef Cole Ellis of Delta Meat Market fame flexes his culinary chops with the opening of Bar Fontaine, an upscale European bar and restaurant in Cleveland, Mississippi’s Cotton House, Cleveland.
