Award semifinalist Chef Cole Ellis. Ellis opened Delta Meat Market
in the heart of Cleveland in 2013 as a butcher shop and boutique grocer

Delta Meat Market marks its continued growth with a new home in
the hotel, serving counter-style breakfast and lunch, and full-service

Meat Market to the Cotton House, Cleveland, this summer. Originally
opened in 2013, Delta Meat Market is both a premium grocer of specialty
