Hotel Group Announces Hampton Inn Construction Start in Plant City, FL

that the Hampton
Inn in Plant City, FL breaks ground.

Hotel Group, a leading owner, operator and hotel Management Company
that manages a combination of Hilton, Marriott and IHG Limited and Select
Service hotels, announces that construction has begun on a new Hampton
Inn located in Plant City, Florida.
Naples
Hotel Group has the contract to oversee development and management with
owners Henderson Properties LLC. As part of the contract, Naples Hotel
Group will handle the overall development of the Florida hotel from design
through construction and then all operations once opened. The general contract
has been awarded to Pinkerton & Laws.
The
Hampton Inn will be located off of I-4 along the growth corridor between
Tampa and Orlando. The hotel will have 89 rooms, outdoor pool and fitness
center.
The
Naples Hotel Group credits winning the contract to its in-depth expertise
