| With construction completion expected by the end of 2021, the new outdoor dining facility will replace a snack bar style kitchen with a contemporary 6,095-square-foot restaurant with dining room and kitchen with seating for 130 guests. New staffing will be added to service the restaurant. The Cabana Cafe will feature 92 covered dining seats, a horseshoe-shaped cabana bar with 25 seats, plus tables for deck dining and chaises for poolside relaxation. The totally new private resort pool will feature a beach entry, two lap lanes and in-pool benches with water jets. The revitalized recreation area will include a new spa, three new bocce ball courts, and two built-in fire pits. The tennis viewing area will also be updated. The architect for the project is Dave Poorman. Construction will be handled by Curran and Young Construction.

The Cabana Cafe will showcase weather resistant screening, an entertainment area, a superior sound system with multiple elevated large-screen televisions. In 2012, the elegant 24,000-square-foot clubhouse enjoyed a total new revitalization. The 280-seat Clubhouse features a grille room, main dining room, and outside terrace. Five years later, the community’s second major update was its total $3.2 million golf course renovation reviewed by Arnold Palmer before his passing. The golf course was nominated for 2018 Renovation of the Year by Golf Digest.
