Lakes’ board and General Manager, Bryan Roe, CCM, CCE, CAM recently
participated in a Refresher Strategic Planning session conducted by McMahon
Community Consultants to refocus on the Club’s Mission and to set new goals
for making its country club even better and to address new challenges which
continually affect even the best of clubs and communities.
The publication applauded Bryan Roe by adding this statement to the article featuring Naples Lakes, “Congratulations to a visionary manager and HOA Board for continuing to deliver one of the best clubs in Florida.” The simple Refresher process of a mini survey, a half-day board retreat and the establishment of a few strategic goals were all completed within a three-week period. The board and strategic planning identified new opportunities for improving what is already excellent. The new honors were added to a growing list of local and statewide awards, including a recent award from Audubon International in its annual BioBlitz competition. Having recently celebrated its 20th anniversary of continued growth, Naples Lakes is Collier county’s only Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. Last year’s $3.2 million “wall-to-wall” renovation not only added to the home values, but also enhanced the golfing lifestyle for the community’s very active residents. This was the last course renovation reviewed by Arnold Palmer before his passing. Improvements included enlarging and leveling all tee complexes, reshaping fairways, building new greens as well as expanding the practice facilities. About
