He was a top-performer in the convenience store industry for 23 years, working his way up from guest service associate to Executive Director of Field Human Resources, where he was responsible for human resources for a network of convenience stores and distribution centers. Prior to joining Parker’s Kitchen, he served as the Chief People Officer for franchise network Bluemont Group LLC, where he led recruitment, training, compliance, benefits and employee relations, serving as a trusted HR advisor.
