Travel Centers started 2025 by driving impactful progress across its
network, including unveiling a 20,000+ square-foot flagship store, widespread
store modernizations, expanded services and connecting EV
charging stations along national and regional travel corridors. Pilot
is elevating the travel experience and powering up for the rest of the
year, building upon momentum from the first quarter.

Bold New Look
for Pilot’s Flagship Store
Pilot
unveiled its new flagship travel center in Stanton, Tennessee, spanning
over 20,000-square-feet. This location is now the largest travel center
in Pilot’s network and features a bolder brand-forward design, a guest-focused
layout with inviting spaces and expanded fresh food offerings. The design
of this location will inspire future projects throughout 2025 as Pilot
continues to modernize and test new concepts.
Redefining the
Roadside Experience
More
than 200 Pilot and Flying J locations have been upgraded to date as part
of the company’s New
Horizons initiative, while continuously integrating feedback from team
members and guests after every remodel. Pilot’s guests shared that they
are 80% more likely to return after visiting a remodeled location, underscoring
the program’s impact and value.
So
far this year, the company has completed 11 remodels, extensively upgrading
restrooms and showers, expanding kitchens and implementing thoughtful layouts
to create a more seamless and consistent experience for guests and team
members.

Expanding to Fuel
Every Journey
Pilot
is also broadening its network, opening its first new travel center of
the year in Winfield, Alabama, and adding three dealer locations to its
Pilot and One9 travel center network. These locations add more than 150
truck parking spaces to Pilot’s network and offer complete travel center
services and amenities to meet the needs of all journey makers wherever
the road takes them. In addition, the company opened five new maintenance
and tire service shops this quarter, bringing the total number of Southern
Tire Mart at Pilot locations to more than 80 nationwide.
Leading the Charge
with Pilot’s Expanding EV Network
Pilot
is driving
forward with its EV network, now surpassing 130 locations in more than
25 states. Designed to provide a best-in-class charging experience, these
locations offer amenities not found at other charging stalls, including
canopies for weather protection, free Wi-Fi, dining options, clean and
well-lit facilities and access to restrooms and showers. Since the beginning
of this year, Pilot has installed 12 new fast-charging locations spanning
10 states—Alabama, Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Nebraska,
California, Oregon and Missouri. With EV charging now available along major
interstates and popular travel routes, the company is empowering EV drivers
to explore farther with confidence and ease.
Rewards that Go
the Extra Mile
The
award-winning myRewards
Plus app is helping guests make the most of their journeys as professional
drivers and everyday travelers can find personalized offers tailored specifically
to their on-the-go favorites. During the month of April, professional drivers
can activate PushForPoints® within the app to earn up to five points
per gallon after just six qualifying fills of 50+ gallons of commercial
diesel.*
Auto drivers can take advantage of a 10-cent discount on every gallon of
