OR – March 2025 / NewsmakerAlert: For nearly four decades, Portland’s
Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, presented by Toyota and benefiting the Portland
Guadalajara Sister-City Association (PGSCA), has been a cornerstone
celebration of Mexican culture, community, and tradition. This four-day
festival brings together authentic food, live music, traditional dance,
and artisan markets at Tom
McCall Waterfront Park from May 2-5, 2025. This year, the event
holds even deeper significance, highlighting the importance of supporting
Latino-owned businesses, artisans, and vendors who rely on the Fiesta each
year.
WHEN:
May 2-5, 2025 - 11:00 am to 11:00 pm Friday through Sunday and 4:00 pm
to 10:00 pm on Monday, May 5th.

Latino-owned businesses, artisans, and vendors who rely on this annual

Mexican Cuisine: Savor the flavors of Mexico with over 30 food vendors
offering tacos al pastor, carne asada, tamales, pozole, and more. Each
dish is a celebration of heritage and tradition.

Artisan Village: Discover handcrafted goods and unique treasures, from
woven textiles to vibrant pottery. Supporting these artisans—some traveling
from Guadalajara—helps keep cultural traditions alive.

Performances: Experience unforgettable music from top performers, including
Banda Aguila, El Gran Sabor de Adrian Diaz, Grupo Mparable, Banda R15 del
Korita Gonzalez, and more.

Fun at Plaza de Niños: Kids can enjoy free crafts, a full carnival,
face painting, activities, and family-friendly carnival rides.
TICKETS:
Tickets start at just $14 for adult single-day admission and $10 for youth,
plus ticket service fees, when purchasing online. For those looking to
enjoy the full weekend of festivities, weekend passes start at $19 for
youth and $24 for adults—making it easy for families and groups to experience
