San Diego, CA – September 2012 / Hospitality 1ST / ResortCom International, LLC has announced that Marci Mauro has joined the company as Director of Human Capital & Performance. Marci will focus on internal and external coaching, creative direction and new product training with clients.

As a world-class cyclist and professional triathlete, Marci has direct experience with what it takes to be a champion and she translates that into her professional business talents as well. ResortCom has a number of new products surfacing and Marci will be instrumental in training and coaching both employees and clients on these, particularly in the area of the Travel Escapes Club, which provides members with access to travel services, products and unique vacations.”

Her work at Health Travel Guides was superlative, increasing sales revenue 125% in just one year. Having worked with ResortCom in a consultant’s role prior to coming on full time, she is making great strides in that same direction.”

Marci is a resident of Cardiff, CA. She maintains her passion for athletics by coaching athletes in cycling and triathlon, as well as teaching spinning, yoga and Fit classes locally at Pacific Athletic Club and Frog’s Club One. Residents of the San Diego area will see her out at the Del Mar Mud Run in October and other fun events promoting teamwork and healthy lifestyles.
