Hotels and Resorts, which offers personalized luxury hospitality management
services for four-star and five-star properties worldwide, will manage
Venezuela’s latest entrée into the luxury resort arena, Margarita
Real Boutique Hotel and Vacation Club. Located on Isla Margarita off the
north shore of Venezuela, the 96 unit timeshare resort is slated to open
at the beginning of 2013.
Isla
Margarita is the number one tourism destination in Venezuela. A short flight
from Caracas it brings families to its sunny tropical beaches with activities
such as scuba diving, snorkeling and swimming with dolphins.
Margarita
Real overlooks the ocean and includes several buildings housing its two
bedroom lock-off units, an aquatic park and myriad activities for kids,
families and adults. Its restaurant and bar area are planned to be lively
and energetic as well.

Developed
by Francisco Piera, CEO of CorpoReal, a world-renowned developer of hospitality
properties such as Loma Real, the new resort is nearing completion.
