its founding in 2010, Roam has earned a following for its customizable
burgers, seasonal salads, and shakes, and for its thoughtful approach to
ingredient sourcing and sustainability. The restaurant is committed to
serving pasture-raised meats, local produce, and dishes made with high-quality
ingredients.
Exclusive to Marin will be Roam’s new soft-serve ice cream window with Guittard chocolate-dipped cones filled with Straus Family Creamery organic ice cream. Designed by Zero Ten, Roam’s Marin location will introduce a fresh, new and lighter look, with modern touches and large windows, and plantscaping by Ito Ito. Outside, the dining patio will boast a fire pit and kids’ dining area. Roam stands out for its commitment to delicious food that is better for you and the planet. The restaurant is transparent about ingredients and the origin of every item on the menu. Roam encourages customization to accommodate a variety of eating plans (e.g., vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto) and preferences, believing that guests should have their meals exactly as they like. The expansion to Marin County is personally meaningful for founders Josh Spiegelman and Lynn Gorfinkle. Josh grew up in Mill Valley, and Lynn regularly bikes and hikes Marin’s mountains. Roam Artisan Burgers in Corte Madera Town Center will be a welcome addition to the dynamic shopping center, home to a growing community of shops and food establishments. About
