key departmental leaders.
They
are:
Jiri
Vilim has been promoted to Director of Engineering for all four Sanibel
Captiva Beach Resorts. Vilim has served various engineering positions for
almost 10 years at ‘Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa. In his new position,
Vilim will oversee all properties for SCBR and work to restructure the
maintenance departments of all properties.
Sergii
Melnychenko has been promoted to the position of Maintenance Manager
for ‘Tween Waters Island Resort &
Spa. Melnychenko has served in various maintenance positions at the
resort since 2012, and will oversee day to day operations for ‘Tween Waters,
continue to lead the maintenance staff and help restructure the department
as needed.

Jiri and Sergii have performed exceptionally during their years at ‘Tween
Waters Island Resort & Spa,” says Michele Berger, General Manager for
