Roswell, GA – April 2025 / NewsmakerAlert: Southeast Tourism Society (STS) has solidified a partnership with Fired Up! Culture to foster leadership development, strengthen team culture, and enhance collaboration across its member organizations. This non-monetary agreement will provide STS leadership, board members, and tourism professionals with specialized training and coaching while offering Fired Up! Culture opportunities for sponsorship recognition and engagement within STS’s network.

The partnership is designed to cultivate a culture of exceptional leadership and accountability, ensuring that tourism organizations within the STS network continue to grow, innovate, and thrive. With Fired Up! Culture’s expertise, STS members will gain access to executive coaching, leadership education, and tailored development programs that promote long-term success.

Under the new agreement, Fired Up! Culture will offer a range of leadership and team development services, including:

  • Executive coaching for STS’s President and CEO
  • Individual leadership assessments and communication strategies for STS staff
  • Board of Directors group facilitation, focusing on communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning
  • Leadership education programs for STS member organizations, covering topics such as growth mindset, team building, and culture-driven leadership
In exchange, Fired Up! Culture (www.FiredUpCulture.com) will receive sponsorship placement, recognition at STS events, and engagement opportunities within the STS community. The partnership is structured as an annual agreement with a 12-month renewal cycle, allowing for continued collaboration and adaptation to the evolving needs of STS and its members.

This collaboration marks an exciting step toward empowering STS members with the leadership capabilities needed to navigate the future of tourism with confidence and resilience.
