Locke brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Known for her leadership and heart, she previously managed award-winning teams at 99 Restaurants and later launched her own concept, Urban Farmhouse, where she was celebrated for her creative approach and community-first mindset.

To kick off the season and officially welcome Locke, The Atlantic Grill invites guests to celebrate ‘Hit the Decks’ on Thursday, May 8, part of Portsmouth’s citywide summer celebration. Guests can enjoy special samples and tastings, champagne pours, and fresh oysters on the covered four-season patio. It’s the perfect excuse to sip, snack, and say hello. Locke and her team will showcase other curated “Deck Deals” rooted in the restaurant’s signature coastal cuisine.
