| Scheduled to open in spring 2026, The Chop House Alcoa will feature rich wood décor and comfortable seating that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant will offer a menu of hand-cut steaks and chops, fresh seafood prepared in-house, and signature cocktails, continuing the brand’s tradition of combining premium offerings with friendly service in a relaxed, upscale-casual environment. The location will be open daily for lunch beginning at 11 a.m., featuring a thoughtfully curated lunch menu, and will also host compelling happy hours. The new Alcoa restaurant will create numerous local employment opportunities, with hiring expected to begin in early 2026.
