announces that Jeffrey
Forrest, Jr., has been promoted to President, effective
immediately. Previously serving as Managing Partner, in his new role, he
will oversee all business operations and lead the executive team in advancing
WPC’s mission of delivering excellence across multi-unit construction,
renovation, and commercial development.

 Jeffrey
represents the third generation of family leadership at WPC. The company
was originally founded in 1974 by his uncle, Tracy
Forrest, and later guided to new heights by his father, Jeff
Forrest, Sr., currently serving as CEO. Building on the Forrest
legacy of strong values and ethical principles, founded by his uncle and
cultivated by his father, will remain a continuing priority.
In
his new role as President, Jeffrey will spearhead initiatives aimed at
expanding the company’s growth, increasing WPC’s market presence, and advancing
innovation on project delivery and client relations. He will prioritize
the integration of technology to enhance efficiency and safety and take
the lead in shaping WPC’s long-term vision. He intends to mentor upcoming
leaders while ensuring WPC remains responsive to the changing needs of
clients and communities throughout the Southeast.
Jeffrey
began his career in the construction industry in 2004 at the age of 15,
working on job sites. He earned a bachelor’s degree in management at the
University of Central Florida College of Business and holds multiple professional
licenses and certifications, including FMI Leadership Institute and Harvard
Business School’s Program on Negotiation. He has been deeply involved in
multiple philanthropic community projects during his entire career.
