are very excited to finally bring a Zaxby’s to Ocean Springs. It’s been
on our list for a very long time, and, after much research and persistence,
we were able to find the right location,” said Hudson Sandefur, owner of
Spring Chicken, LLC. “We are local owners living here along the Gulf Coast,
and we love the area. We pride ourselves in hiring and training customer-focused
team members and providing a family-oriented work environment, to provide
encore experiences for our guests.”
 The 2,892-square-foot restaurant features Zaxby’s new farmhouse-style design with a white exterior, a first for Zaxby’s in South Mississippi. It provides indoor seating available for up to 54 guests and offer expedited drive-thru service with a new double drive-thru layout for faster pay and pickup. For even faster service, starting on Monday April 3, customers may also order ahead online via www.Zaxbys.com as well as through the new Zaxby’s app available for download on Google Play and the App Store. Ordering delivery directly through the new app will also be available to customers beginning April 3. An alternative to fast food, Zaxby’s serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces. The menu features the brand’s famous Signature Sandwich, its iconic Fried Pickles and the fan-favorite Loaded Fries. Brand fans will enjoy a free Big Zax Snak® when downloading or updating the app and signing up for the new Zax Rewardz program for the first time. Sandefur,
an experienced Zaxby’s franchisee, owns and operates three locations in
South Mississippi. The Bienville Blvd. location will be the franchisee’s
first in Ocean Springs and the third in South Mississippi next to Gulfport
and D’Iberville. The franchisee group is actively working to bring a fourth
location to Biloxi, Miss. and has plans to grow further in the region.
